Aksharapathram program to provide mobile phones to financially unsound students.The Pathanamthitta district administration has launched the ‘Aksharapathram’ program to help financially unsound students in the district whose online education has been disrupted due to the Covid crisis.

The goal of this project is to provide the necessary facilities to those who have no access to online education.
 

Those who desire to Donate Smartphones can register themselves by downloading ‘Nammude Keralam’ App from the Google Play Store.After downloading the App, sign up using your mobile number and update your profile. Then select Pathanamthitta district from “Choose District” menu option. Then in Aksharapathram Program, click “DONATE” button to express your willingness and provide the details about when and where the items will be submitted or has to be collected.

The smartphones thus received will be distributed to all the eligible children in the district. It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure that not a single child in the district is denied the opportunity to study due to the inadequacy of smartphone. Let’s join hand to make this novel initiative a success.
